Our training zone includes training tips from former international marathon runner, Fraser Clyne, training programmes, choosing the right gear, medical information and lots more.

Training Advice

Fraser Clyne is a former international marathon runner and five times Scottish marathon champion. Fraser will be providing monthly training tips in the lead-up to RunBalmoral 2018, starting in January.
