There’s so much more to Run Balmoral than just beautiful runs in a one-of-kind setting!
Waiting for you in our 2026 Event Village this Easter Weekend will be:
- A great selection of food and drink from local vendors including G&M White’s burgers and home bakes, Hayden’s woodfired pizza, Ashers ice cream, Balnault Farm’s hog roast, Popsey’s donuts and the Seafood Bothy.
- A ‘play all day’ children’s area, including a bouncy castle, a rock-climbing wall and a 100ft-long inflatable assault course, as well as Aberdeenshire Council’s Family Activity zone – all for just a £5 minimum donation at the VSA gazebo.
- Our popular mini train, for the young and young at heart.
- A Run4it pop-up-shop, fully stocked with race essentials, and a few treats for after your race.
- A special Easter activity for younger children (more news to follow!)
All runners and their guests receive free access to Balmoral’s newly refurbished restaurant, Mews Gift Shop, stunning Estate grounds and woodland walks (weather permitting) on the Saturday, plus the Castle Ballroom and Capercaillie Exhibition on the Sunday, making Run Balmoral a perfect day out for everyone this Easter.
Run Balmoral have teamed up with Marathon-Photos.com who take photographs of competitors on the course and at the finish.
The photos are available online within 72 hours of the event to every entrant as exclusive photo products. Plus every competitor will be able to download for FREE their Event Certificate.
